Clinical Core and Legs
Physio-ledLed by a qualified Physiotherapist, ideal for improving leg strength and mobility. Especially suitable for osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, or osteopenia. Class accommodates all fitness levels with appropriate modifications. Maximum 8 participants. Claimable on private health insurance.
Clinical Youth Athletic Development
Physio-ledFor children 12+ who play sport at top/elite level. Taught by qualified Physiotherapists with progressive strength and conditioning approach to build muscle strength, stability and agility. Run on school term basis.
Clinical Prenatal/Postnatal Reformer
Physio-ledLed by experienced physiotherapist with 20+ years practice and postgraduate qualifications in women's health. Small group sessions (1:8 ratio) with tailored, evidence-based exercise for every stage. Babies welcome. Eligible for claims under physiotherapy extras.
