Pilates with Gillian

All levels· 60 min

Focus on core strength, lengthening the spine and loosening stiff joints. Each movement is explained and variations are given to progressively challenge or ease the load. Beginners are welcome at all Pilates classes.

Yoga with Gillian

All levels· 80 min

Step-by-step introduction to foundation postures including shoulder ease, hip loosening, sun salutations and foundation standing poses. Inverted poses and alternatives are offered, finishing with twists, forward bends and deep relaxation.

Yoga with Gillian

All levels· 55 min

Mindful moderate poses and plenty of options. It's about Presence, and the supportive connection between body and mind.

Yoga Level 2 Experienced with Murray

Intermediate· 90 min

Advanced yoga class for experienced practitioners.

Yin Yoga

All levels

Runs as last Thursday of month.

Classes cater to all ages. Children over 10 years accompanying parents are very welcome. High school students welcome.
People seeking long-term practice
Instructor has encyclopaedic knowledge and caters to progression over years of practice.
Maybe not for you if… Not suitable if you have a current or chronic back, neck or joint injury without medical clearance. Group Mat Pilates sessions are not suitable during pregnancy (yoga recommended instead).

A sanctuary for yoga and pilates practice. The beautiful mudbrick hall features abundant natural light, garden views, peaceful atmosphere, soaring vaulted ceiling, clerestory windows and timber beams, creating a relaxing and uplifting place to meet and practise.
