Reformer | Align
Perfect introduction for beginners and first-timers. Builds solid Pilates foundation with focus on learning Reformer movements, key Pilates principles, coordination, form and technique. Easily modified for those with physical limitations.
Reformer | Flow
Connects deeper with body and mind while increasing physical capability and fitness. Progresses confidence with movement on Reformer, incorporating balance and control with components of mobility and stretching. Slightly more challenging than Align classes.
Reformer | Jumpboard
Inspiring and energetic classes focusing on body awareness and endurance with added pace. Builds long and strong muscles, elevates heart rate using low-impact cardiovascular exercise and increases body awareness and coordination.
Reformer | Stretch
One-of-a-kind class involving light movement and deep stretching on the Reformer to reduce tight muscles and increase flexibility. Assists recovery, compliments Pilates practice or other activities, and leaves you feeling long, loose and relaxed.
Studio Pilates
Physio-ledExpert Physiotherapist-guided sessions ideal for effective management of present or past injuries following initial assessment. Capped at 4 participants with tailored approach to exercise plan and regular re-assessment throughout rehabilitation journey.

Whole body classes practiced in circuit format, designed to be accessible for everyone. Suitable whether living with injury, new to exercise or wanting to get strong.
BoneStrong
Physio-ledPhysiotherapist-led, evidence-based exercise classes designed specifically for individuals aiming to improve bone density, especially those with osteoporosis or osteopenia. Promotes bone and muscle strength and improved balance to reduce fall and fracture risk.
