Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Begin Form Foundations
Perfect for newcomers, those returning post injury, or anyone wanting to slow down and focus on the basics. Introduces essential Pilates movements and equipment set-up with a gentle pace, lots of cueing and support. Builds comfort and confidence on the reformer. We recommend completing at least five Begin classes before progressing.
Build Flow With Control
For those ready to take things up a notch and explore deeper strength work and coordination. Progress from fundamentals to dynamic movement blending strength, control, and mindfulness with optional use of props and light weights. Goal: Build strength, core stability, and body awareness.
Burn Strength & Flow
For those ready to build intensity and explore more dynamic, flowing movement. Continuous sequences that challenge strength and coordination with a blend of strength and light cardio elements. Optional use of the jump board and other props with creative variations to keep each class fresh and challenging.
Breathe Release Tension
Gentle, slow-paced classes to stretch, release, and recharge. Focus on breathwork, mobility, and mindful movement with relaxing sequences to reduce tension and improve flexibility. Ideal for recovery days or stress relief.
