Functional and healing breathwork combined with bodywork. Transform how you breathe to transform how you feel. Integral to releasing tension and reconnecting with your body.
Initial recommended session combining body awareness, gentle movement, breathwork, sauna and ice bath. Reconnect with body and mind, learn how your body works and unlock it to move and breathe freely.
1.5 hour experience for body and mind. More than a massage—guided releases on reformer to nourish and support, finishing with guided meditation, head, hand and foot massage.
Hands-on techniques, gentle movement and breathwork working with the nervous system to soften tightness and restore balance. Designed to help release tension and reconnect with body.
Deeper, more spacious session giving body time to soften, settle and be worked with properly. Listening to what body is holding, then releasing tension and restoring balance.
30 minutes of movement involving lengthening and creating space in joints, followed by 1 hour of bodywork to release further tension.
Multi-session package for women stuck in fight or flight, wired and tired. Session 1 is 2 hours with body awareness, gentle movement and breathwork. Change happens through repetition and awareness.
