Small group classes capped at four people. Experienced Pilates Instructors design personalised programs addressing specific needs and goals. Safe and efficient way to stretch, strengthen and rehabilitate your body.

Functional Physio (1:4)

Small group sessions run by qualified Physiotherapists tailored to individual needs. Uses physio and pilates-informed exercises, wobble boards, free weights, Reformers, therabands, weighted balls, and foam rollers for rehabilitation.

Physio:8

Physio-led
All levels· 50 min

Dynamic full-body class run by qualified Physiotherapists. Utilises mix of physio exercises, pilates-inspired movements, reformer exercises, therabands and weights with continuous movement.

Pre-natal Physio Classes

Physio-led
All levels· 50 min

Specially formulated pregnancy exercises using physiotherapy and prenatal pilates techniques. Helps with back pain, mobility, pelvic floor strength and prepares body for labour and birth. Maximum 8 per class.

Post-natal Physio Classes

Physio-led

Combination of postnatal pilates, physiotherapy exercises and reformer work designed for post-birth recovery. Focuses on safe strengthening while supporting pelvic floor and overall body recovery.
