Intro Class

Beginner· 30 min

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Ideal for beginners wanting a safe and effective class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment with overall body awareness. Easily modified for those with physical limitations.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Continue building your practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady class flow. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements with balance and stability challenges. Requires Level 1 Foundation experience.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Moderate to fast-paced class that fully challenges body and mind with quick transitions and advanced exercises. Focused on strength, balance and stability with dynamic challenges. Requires Level 1.5 Progression experience and prior instructor approval.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. Perfect for those who have mastered form and alignment. Requires at least 3 months in Level 2 Evolution and prior approval. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Reformer Flow

All levels

Signature contemporary Reformer class strengthening and lengthening the entire body. Creatively flows between Reformer, Springboard, Chair, Mat and more, ensuring varied classes with balance and coordination focus.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact cardio workout using the Jumpboard for plyometric movement. Quick transitions and endless variations with full-body focus. Recommended for those already familiar with basic Pilates. Proven to increase bone density.

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement and deep stretching with apparatus-assisted stretching. Leaves you feeling long and loose. Regular stretching routine helps reduce soreness, improve performance, decrease injury risk and increase blood flow.

Control

All levels

Standing-based class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers. Sculpts legs and glutes using Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights. Integrates functional standing movement to enhance everyday life.

Restore

All levels

Combines Reformer movements with TriggerPoint™ myofascial release therapy. Repairs muscles and joints through foam rolling and self-myofascial release. Regenerates body, reduces soreness and decreases injury risk. Not recommended for those with osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnancy.

Suspend

Intermediate

Reformer-based workout combining Pilates with TRX® suspension training. Enhances strength, coordination, mobility and balance. Excellent for runners, golfers, tennis players and cyclists.

Circuit

Intermediate

Heart-pumping class delivered in three progressive rounds. Combines strength, mobility and cardio across favourite Pilates apparatus. Perfect for those seeking structure and precision with athletic edge and purposeful intensity.

Teen

All levels

Perfect class for teenagers (14-19) building healthy habits in young participants. Builds self-esteem, strength and coordination for growing bodies using Reformer and Springboard in safe environment. Available at select locations.
