A cardio session laser-focused on you, where each individual follows science-backed and tested specifically prescribed heart rate zones. Designed to better understand where your physical limits lie and how quickly your body can recover from intense work periods.
A high volume, hypertrophy style training with form and function as the main focus. Expect unilateral loaded movements, lateral movements and a slight twist on most conventional strength exercises. This class will alternate between upper and lower body focus for ultimate well-rounded resistance workout.
High-Intensity Resistance Training. This session offers three different styles of training in one class - EMOM (every minute on the minute), AMRAP (as many reps as possible) & AFAP (as fast as possible). Designed to complement and reinforce movement patterns from Strength workouts.
