Cardio U

A cardio session laser-focused on you, where each individual follows science-backed and tested specifically prescribed heart rate zones. Designed to better understand where your physical limits lie and how quickly your body can recover from intense work periods.

Hyper

All levels· 50 min

A high volume, hypertrophy style training with form and function as the main focus. Expect unilateral loaded movements, lateral movements and a slight twist on most conventional strength exercises. This class will alternate between upper and lower body focus for ultimate well-rounded resistance workout.

H.I.R.T

All levels· 50 min

High-Intensity Resistance Training. This session offers three different styles of training in one class - EMOM (every minute on the minute), AMRAP (as many reps as possible) & AFAP (as fast as possible). Designed to complement and reinforce movement patterns from Strength workouts.

XTX

All levels· 50 min

A full body workout where you work through metabolic complexes and resistance exercises. Targeting the aerobic system through both short and long-duration efforts will have your metabolism running to its fullest.

Pump

A high-volume resistance workout giving your muscles ultimate pump through isolation exercises. Targeting either upper or lower body muscle groups, this session keeps your metabolism high for up to 36 hours after the class.

Cardio Summit

This workout will push your cardiovascular endurance to the limits. It has longer duration efforts specifically designed to target your aerobic energy system. Aimed at improving your aerobic capacity to help you recover quicker in short, high-intensity efforts.

Cardio HIIT

A High-Intensity Intermittent Training session where you will burn maximum calories and train at an intensity only possible in short bursts. Training at higher intensities will maximize the EPOC effect where your body continues to burn calories post-workout for up to 36 hours.

Balanced

All levels· 50 min

A full-body workout that keeps you in balance by targeting all muscle groups in one class. Work through full ranges of motion as you improve mobility, stability, and ability through a range of unilateral and anti-rotational movements.

Strength Endurance

This workout is developed to get you stronger for longer. This resistance workout combines cardio and strength exercises utilizing similar muscle groups to build your strength endurance.

Strength

The true foundation workout for all BFT programs. These sessions build overall strength through compound lifts and are designed to build lean muscle that will decrease your chance of injuries. You will be able to increase the amount of weight you are lifting as you learn to move with proper form.

Power

A session where you will express your strength through explosive movements at a fast pace. You will activate your fast twitch muscle fibers as you move through heavy lifts, plyometric and complex movements.

Shred

All levels· 50 min

This workout provides the best of both worlds, the perfect mix of high-intensity cardio and strength training. Build lean muscle and increase your aerobic capacity within the same session. The ultimate program for burning calories and building strength.
