Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Stretch and Recover
A slower-paced, mobility-focused class open to all levels. Builds strength in joints, releases tension in fascia and muscles, and promotes rejuvenation. Incorporates stretching to improve posture, alignment, reduce aches and pains, and slow the mind while focusing on breath and body nurturing.
Group Reformer Classes
Small group Reformer Pilates classes catered to beginners, intermediates and advanced levels. Comprehensive full-body workouts designed to build core strength, flexibility, balance and overall body conditioning. Classes accommodate individual needs with personalised attention and adjustments in a supportive, challenging environment.
Private 1:1 Reformer Classes
One-on-one sessions for those new to Reformer, nervous about groups, rehabbing from injury or surgery, returning to exercise, or wanting personalised attention. Instructors create customised programs focusing on alignment, correct form and technique for individual movement goals.
Mums N Bubs Reformer Classes
Postnatal Reformer classes designed with Mum and Bub in mind. Designed to aid post-delivery recovery, support postnatal well-being, help Mums return to exercise, rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, and strengthen the bond with Bub while making connections with other Mums.
