Mums + Minis
PostnatalA safe and supportive first step back to movement after having a baby, designed for mums 6 weeks to 6 months postpartum. Babies are welcome to attend class. Classes rebuild core strength, pelvic floor function, mobility, and full-body stability using safe, proven Pilates programming with expert instruction from highly qualified postnatal-trained instructors.
Reform
An open level class aimed at growing and developing your Pilates practice. Ideal for newbies and all levels welcome. Pre-natal friendly option available.
Reform + Strength
Extra Spicy, Extra Strong class that turns up the intensity with heavy springs and weights to unleash your strength. All levels welcome with pre-natal friendly modifications available.
Hot Pilates
A high-energy, sweat-inducing workout that takes your Pilates practice to the next level. The added infrared heat amplifies the benefits, detoxifying your body, boosting blood circulation, and challenging your cardiovascular endurance. Not suitable for pregnancy.
