Reformer Align
Beginner & Pre/Postnatal FriendlySlower-paced class focused on alignment and technique. Springs and exercises are tailored to your strength and goals, with modifications and progressions for all levels. Ideal for beginners and prenatal clients.
Reformer Mixed Levels
Class to strengthen, lengthen, and tone, with tailored modifications for all levels. All levels welcome but prenatal clients should try Reformer Align or Mums & Bubs for pregnancy support.
Reformer Strong
Full-body high-intensity workout using weights and props to boost strength and burn calories. Recommended for those with 1+ year reformer experience due to coordination and plank holds. Postnatal mamas welcome.
Vinyasa Flow
Mindful, flowing practice that connects movement with breath. Expect Sun Salutations, strength-building holds, and playful balances. Best suited for those with some yoga experience.
Hatha Yoga
Slow and steady practice that builds balance in the body and peace in the mind. Enjoy longer holds to focus on alignment, breathing techniques, and gentle mindfulness. Suitable for all levels.
Slow Flow + Reiki
Slower-paced Vinyasa practice focusing on gentle, grounding flows, mindful holds, and steady balancing postures. Includes 60 minutes of yoga followed by deeply restorative Savasana enhanced with Reiki healing to release tension and restore balance.
MFR
Therapy ball massage of muscles and fascia tissues, feels like deep tissue massage. Focuses on functional body mechanics to increase range of motion and decrease pain and discomfort. Great for all levels.
Yin & Release
Quiet, meditative practice with long floor-based holds to gently stretch connective tissues, improve joint mobility, and release deep tension. Restores energy and rebalances the body. Suitable for all levels.
Restorative & Relax
Deeply nurturing practice using props to fully support the body in gentle, extended poses. Invites softness, calm, and spaciousness. Suitable for all levels.
Pilates Mat
Dynamic, full-body workout done on the mat using your own body weight and small props. Focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and mindful movement to build stability and ease both on and off the mat.
