High intensity fast-paced workout for those with limited time. Challenging cardio session designed to get heart pumping and build sweat.

Perfect middle-ground session combining challenging intensity with focus on form and technique. Full-body sweat session with controlled movements.

HIIT 50 min

All levels· 50 min

Full hour devoted to client with emphasis on form and perfecting each movement. Not for the faint-hearted; expects sweat with either fast cardio or classical Pilates.

HIIT 60 min

All levels· 60 min

High-energy session combining strength, cardio and core-focused movement. Controlled Pilates exercises with HIIT intervals to build strength and improve endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels with modifications.

Pre Natal Pilates 50 min

All levels· 50 min

Safe exercise during pregnancy modified by trimester. Beneficial for assisting faster return to normal body shape post-birth, reducing fatigue and back/pelvic pain during pregnancy.

Post Natal Pilates 50 min

All levels· 50 min

Helps body return to pre-baby weight while strengthening core and assisting with abdominal separation recovery. Includes stretches for tight neck/shoulders from breastfeeding.

Circuit Session - Two Person 50 mins

All levels· 50 min

Bring a friend for a fun but extremely challenging workout. Alternating reformer and HyperVibe work with minimal rest; described as great fat burner with motivational partner element.

Classical Pilates on Reformer

Slower but equally challenging workout for those preferring classical Pilates method over high-intensity options.
