Clinical 1:1 Pilates Classes
Physio-ledTailored one-on-one private sessions designed to meet individual needs and goals. Assessment of fitness level, injuries, and desired outcomes included. Works closely with physios and specialists for rehabilitation. Perfect starting point for new clients.
Studio Equipment Classes
Explores all Pilates equipment pieces including Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector. Limited to 4 clients per class for individual attention. Programs uniquely crafted to meet diverse needs and goals with functional movement focus.
Mat Pilates Classes (Brookvale Studio)
Precise, functional movement to improve posture, core stability, and mobility. Blends breath, alignment, and progressive exercises tailored to individual level. Incorporates stretching and mobility work for hips, back, and shoulders. Limited to 4 clients for lunchtime classes.
Mat Pilates Classes (Freshwater SLSC)
Pilates on the mat by the beach at Freshwater Surf Club. Precise, functional movement to improve posture, core stability, and mobility. Offered Monday and Thursday mornings. Max 10 participants; SLSC members receive discount.
