Using the Pilates Reformer, these small group classes give you an intense and dynamic Pilates workout, adding resistance with the use of springs. With a variety of exercises, this class is ideal for toning muscles, increasing stability through the joints, improving posture and flexibility, and providing a full body workout. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
A class designed to challenge you, with more advanced exercises and flows. Can include jump board or a cardio component to build endurance, inversion work or full body integration that challenges the body and the mind. Great for intermediate and advanced participants who want to push themselves further.
This is where you learn the fundamentals and 6 principles of Pilates, which include breath, concentration, control, centering, flow, alignment and whole body health. Through this you will develop body awareness, increase strength, flexibility, core stability and correct posture. Great starting point for beginners to Master essential movements to build a strong base before transitioning to the Reformer. May include small props such as Pilates ball, TheraBand's, magic ring and small hand weights. Beginners to advanced.
