Reformer Foundations
Focuses on essential Pilates exercises and functional movements designed for newcomers to Reformer Pilates. Provides a supportive environment to build confidence in using the reformer and enhance body awareness. Simple foundational movements with challenging variations to accommodate experienced clients. Ideal for beginners, refining technique, pregnancy, older clients, and injury management.
Reformer Open
Mixed level class featuring a range of simple and complex exercises designed to challenge strength, coordination, endurance, and flexibility. Instructors create thoughtfully designed classes with variations, regressions, and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels. Not suitable for pregnant individuals during second and third trimesters.
Reformer Evolve
Intermediate to advanced class for those ready to elevate their Reformer practice. Features progressions, intricate sequences, and heavier springs, requiring high level of body awareness and coordination. Emphasis on mastering your body and refining form to optimize athletic performance and prevent injury. Not suitable for beginners, pregnant individuals, or those managing injuries.
Reformer Stretch
Slower-paced class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery. Focuses solely on stretching and mobility, blending dynamic and static techniques, deep holds, loaded stretching and light assisted stretching. Incorporates breathwork and mindful movement to promote relaxation while improving functional flexibility. Not suitable for pregnancy.
