Physio-ledOne-to-one fully tailored sessions. Initial consultation includes health and movement screening (posture, mobility, strength), discussion of goals, and first hands-on session on equipment. Designed for injury recovery, complex movement needs, and personalised support.
Semi-Private Classes
Physio-ledMax 4 people with individualised programming. Each person has a different program while training in a small shared studio setting. Best for clients wanting personalised programming at a lower price point than private sessions.
Group Classes (Virtual Matwork)
Online Matwork classes delivered via Zoom with recording included. No initial consultation required. Designed for those without injuries who don't need specific rehab protocols.
Duet Pilates Sessions
Two people training together in a more personalised setting than group classes.
Online Private Classes
One-to-one sessions delivered online via Zoom.
