Is KX Pilates Sutherland right for you?

Absolute beginners
Start with Basics class to build foundation and confidence. KX recommends beginners attend a Beginner class even if they've done Pilates elsewhere, as KX uses small muscle groups and has a specific training method.
Athletes and fit individuals
KX Pilates can make you more resistant to injury, correct weaknesses, and enhance core strength and postural alignment, complementing sport-specific training.
Pregnant women (up to 13 weeks)
Pre-natal classes available. Current clients can attend group classes until 13 weeks pregnant. New clients should not start until after pregnancy.
Postpartum women
Post-natal classes available after 6-week GP clearance. Parents & Bubs classes available at selected studios for newborns up to crawling age.
People with injuries
Reformer Pilates is low-impact and trainers are skilled at modifications, though medical consultation is recommended before starting.
Maybe not for you if… Not for you if you are under 16 years old, as KX Pilates classes are designed for adults only.

Yes, waitlist available. Add yourself to the wait list by booking into the class. You'll receive an email confirmation and will be notified via SMS or email when a place becomes available. You have 2 hours to reply to accept the place, or you will be removed from the waitlist.
