Beginner

All KX Pilates classes are 50 minutes long. New clients should always start with a Beginner class to familiarize themselves with the KX Pilates training method and build foundational strength, even if they have done Pilates elsewhere or are quite fit.

Pre/Post Natal

All levels· 50 min

Specifically designed for expecting and new mothers. Available at selected studios. Pregnant clients can attend group classes only until 13 weeks; after this, pre/post natal or Parents & Bubs classes are recommended.

Parents & Bubs

All levels· 50 min

Dedicated classes for those with newborns up to crawling age. Select studios offer this class.

KX Pilates complements sport-specific training, makes you more resistant to injury, corrects weaknesses and enhances core strength and postural alignment.
Pregnant clients (up to 13 weeks)
Current KX clients can attend group classes until 13 weeks pregnant; new pregnant clients should wait until after pregnancy and attend pre/post natal classes instead.
Post-natal mothers
Can attend classes after receiving 6-week GP/Obstetrician clearance with completed Post Natal Exercise Questionnaire.
