Is KX Pilates Lindfield right for you?

Absolute beginners to Pilates
Must start with Beginner class even if fit. Maximum 14 clients allows trainer to modify exercises for different abilities.
Fitness enthusiasts and athletes
Can complement sport-specific training, correct weaknesses, enhance core strength and improve resistance to injury.
Pregnant women (up to 13 weeks)
Current KX clients can attend group classes only until 13 weeks. Specialised pre-natal classes recommended thereafter.
Post-natal mothers
Can return after 6-week GP/Obstetrician clearance with completed Post Natal Exercise Questionnaire, ideally starting in Beginner class.
People with minor injuries
Reformer Pilates is low-impact and trainers provide modifications, but healthcare provider consultation recommended first.
Maybe not for you if… Not for you if you are under 16 (age restriction), pregnant beyond 13 weeks in group classes, or have chronic back pain or significant injuries without prior 1-on-1 assessment.
