Dynamic
A full-body Reformer Pilates class blending classical control with modern flow. Continuous, energising sequence designed to challenge strength, coordination, and endurance with options for every level. Not recommended for clients in 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Power
The most athletic and challenging Reformer Pilates class. Blends advanced Pilates, strength training, and cardio intervals to keep heart rate high. Not suitable for pregnant clients or beginners.
Align
A foundational, full-body Reformer Pilates class focusing on precision, posture, breathwork, and controlled movement. Teaches essential Pilates principles and is perfect for building a strong, safe foundation. Great for injury recovery, prenatal and postnatal.
Jumpboard
A fun, high-energy Reformer class using the jumpboard for a cardio-based, low-impact workout. Rhythmic jumping, smooth flow, and dynamic lower-body training without joint stress. Not suitable for pregnant clients.
Stretch
A gentle, restorative Reformer class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility. Inspired by Yin-style stretching using slow, controlled movements and breathwork. Perfect as active recovery.
Upper + Core
A strength-focused Reformer class targeting the entire upper body and core. Controlled sequences build muscle tone, improve posture, and enhance upper-body mobility. Great for desk workers and pregnancy-friendly.
Booty + Core
A targeted Reformer class designed to sculpt glutes, strengthen legs, and build a stable, powerful core. Controlled, focused movements deliver deep results.
Prenatal
