Prenatal Program
Physio-ledTailored exercise program for pregnant women that prepares the expecting mother for birth and helps with pregnancy-related aches and pains. Program is customized based on individual assessment and incorporates birthing plan.
Postnatal/Mums and Bubs Program
Physio-ledProgram for postpartum recovery starting 6 weeks after birth. Includes pelvic floor assessment, diastasis recti check, and wound check if cesarean. Maximum capacity of 3 people allows room to bring your baby.
Private one-on-one session
Physio-ledPersonalized one-on-one consultation with a Physiotherapist available after initial assessment.
