Stretch & Flow
A feel-good class that blends gentle, flowing reformer sequences with deep, restorative stretching, designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and body awareness. This class focuses on fluid transitions, mindful breath, and releasing tension.

The first half focuses on dynamic, full-body reformer exercises to build core strength, tone muscles, and improve stability.
