Reformer and the System (progression)

As these classes will be focusing on a reformer workout it's important not to forget about the other aspects of the system. Join us in group classes with the reformer to learn Pilates system as it was designed originally. I will help you improve your core and joints stability, will increase your muscle elasticity. We will work in a group of 4 people maximum to ensure that everybody gets maximum benefit from learning the system.
Foundational Mat Class

Perfect for beginners looking to build good foundation. Focusing on core strength, breathing and gentle stretching. Class runs in terms every Monday (bring big towel to use on the mat)
Intermediate Mat Class
