Combines Run + Lift sequences designed to deliver rapid calorie burning, strength and total body fitness. Sessions feature workout on specialised Skillmill, push yourself, burn up to 800 calories, take your spot on specialised Rig, and perform KB, DB, Press, Lift, TRX and bodyweight exercises in circuit AMRAP style.

Sweat & Squat

All levels

Explosive lower body session. Challenged by compound exercises like squats and deadlifts combined with sled push and interval runs.

Upper Body Armour

All levels

Dynamic strength circuits negotiating the rig, landmine press, kettlebells & dumbbells. Endurance and stamina pushed to the MAX with running and sprint intervals.

Core + Abs

All levels

Ultimate midline workout. Build strength and power with intense SKILL RUN intervals alternating with a full body showdown blasting your ABS.

Rig Riot

All levels

Ignite your muscles as you dominate the RIG for ultimate strength with weights and body weight sequences alternating with various speed intervals working towards your strongest leanest body ever.
