Intro Class

New

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Ideal for beginners wanting a safe, effective experience. Focus on form and alignment to master Pilates fundamentals. Easily modified for those with physical limitations and focuses on overall body awareness.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Continue building practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements introduced with balance and stability challenges.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Uplifting class fully challenging body and mind. Moderate to fast paced with quick transitions and advanced exercises. Focused on strength, balance and stability with dynamic challenges.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced level challenging precision and coordination. Perfect for those who have mastered form and alignment. Requires at least 3 months in Level 2 and prior instructor approval.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact cardio workout using Jumpboard with customizable spring tension. Quick transitions and endless variations for aerobic benefits while gentle on joints.

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement and deep stretching using apparatus to re-center and balance body. Leaves you feeling long, loose, and ready for the day while reducing soreness and improving performance.

Control

Intermediate

Standing Pilates class sculpting legs and glutes at the Springboard. Uses Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights for functional, standing-based strength and stability training.

Restore

All levels

Foam rolling and self-myofascial release class combining Reformer movements with TriggerPoint therapy. Regenerates body, reduces muscle soreness and increases performance.

Suspend

Intermediate

Reformer-based workout combining Pilates with TRX suspension training. Stability challenges enhance strength, coordination, mobility and balance. Excellent for athletes in running, golf, tennis and cycling.

Circuit
