Intro Class

New

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Ideal for beginners building a solid Pilates foundation with focus on form and alignment. Easily modified for those with physical limitations and focuses on overall body awareness.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Builds on foundational practice with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady class flow, introducing intermediate exercises, coordinated movements, and balance/stability challenges.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

An inspiring, uplifting class that fully challenges body and mind with moderate to fast pace. Incorporates quick transitions and advanced exercises with focus on strength, balance, and stability.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

The most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination for those who have mastered form and alignment. Requires deep mind-body connection from foundational class experience; not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Reformer Flow

All levels

Signature contemporary Reformer class strengthening and lengthening the entire body. Creatively flows from Reformer to Springboard, Chair, Mat and more, ensuring varied experiences with each visit.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact class using the Jumpboard for plyometric movement with customizable spring tension. Quick transitions and endless variations for a fun, full-body Pilates party that increases bone density.

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement and deep stretching using apparatus-assisted stretching to leave clients feeling long, loose, and ready. Helps reduce soreness, improve performance, decrease injury risk, and increase blood flow.

Control

Intermediate

Standing-based class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers, sculpting legs and glutes at the Springboard. Integrates functional standing movement with Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball, and free weights.

Restore

All levels

One-of-a-kind class combining Reformer movements with TriggerPoint therapy myofascial release. Repairs muscles and joints through foam rolling to reduce soreness, increase performance, and reduce injury risk.

Suspend

Cross-training class for teenagers (14-19) building healthy habits, self-esteem, strength, and coordination in a fun, safe environment using Reformer and Springboard with proper movement and body alignment.
