Intro Class

Beginner· 30 min

Full-body introductory session with talented instructors. Perfect way to experience Pilates and the studio's state-of-the-art equipment for the first time.

Level 1 Foundation

Beginner

Ideal for beginners building a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to master fundamentals. Easily modified for physical limitations and all fitness levels.

Level 1.5 Progression

Intermediate

Builds on Level 1 with more complex movements and equipment use. Moderate tempo with steady flow, introducing intermediate exercises and progression challenges.

Level 2 Evolution

Intermediate

Moderately paced to fast class incorporating quick transitions and advanced exercises. Challenges strength, balance, and stability with dynamic movements. Requires Level 1.5 experience.

Level 2.5 Mastery

Intermediate

Most advanced class level challenging precision and coordination. For those who have mastered form and alignment with deep mind-body connection. Requires 3+ months Level 2 experience.

Signature contemporary Reformer class with classical Pilates benefits. Flows between Reformer, Springboard, Chair, Mat and more, ensuring varied workouts that strengthen and lengthen the entire body.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact class using Jumpboard for plyometric movements. Gentle on joints with quick transitions. Proven to increase bone density. Recommended for those familiar with basic Pilates.

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement with deep stretching using apparatus-assisted methods. Leaves body feeling long and loose. Regular stretching reduces soreness, improves performance and decreases injury risk.

Control

Intermediate

Standing Pilates class sculpting legs and glutes at the Springboard. Uses Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights. Enhances everyday functional strength, balance and control.

Restore

All levels

Combines foam rolling and self-myofascial release with Reformer movements and TriggerPoint™ therapy. Regenerates body, reduces muscle soreness and injury risk. Not recommended for pregnancy or certain medical conditions.

Suspend

Intermediate

Combines Pilates with TRX® suspension training. Enhances strength, coordination, mobility and balance through stability challenges. Excellent for athletes (runners, golfers, tennis players, cyclists).

Circuit

Heart-pumping full-body class in three progressive rounds combining strength, mobility and cardio. Perfect for those who want structure of Reformer Flow with added athletic intensity.

Teen

Beginner

Cross-training class for teenagers (14-19) building healthy habits. Focuses on self-esteem, strength and coordination using Reformer, Springboard and more in a safe, fun environment.

Is Club Pilates right for you?

Absolute beginners
Level 1 Foundation class is ideal for those new to Pilates, focusing on form and alignment. The complimentary 30-minute Intro Class provides a safe, welcoming entry point.
Those with physical limitations
Level 1 Foundation is easily modified for physical limitations and focuses on overall body awareness. Center + Balance provides gentle stretching and recovery.
Athletes and active people
Suspend class combines Pilates with TRX training, excellent for runners, golfers, tennis players and cyclists. Circuit provides athletic intensity with purpose.
Teenagers
Teen class is specifically designed for ages 14-19, building strength, coordination and self-esteem in a safe environment.
Maybe not for you if… Level 2.5 Mastery is not recommended for those with physical limitations. Restore is not recommended for those affected by osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or individuals currently pregnant.
