Reformer Flow

All levels

Signature contemporary Reformer class combining classical Pilates with creative equipment transitions. Strengthens and lengthens the entire body while improving balance and coordination.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact cardio class using the Jumpboard for plyometric movement. Proven to increase bone density while delivering an aerobic workout gentle on joints.

Center + Balance

All levels

Light movement and deep stretching with apparatus assistance. Reduces soreness, improves performance, decreases injury risk, and increases blood flow.

Control

Intermediate

Standing Pilates class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers. Sculpts legs and glutes while integrating functional movement to enhance everyday life.

Restore

Foam rolling and myofascial release combining Reformer movements with TriggerPoint™ therapy. Regenerates body, reduces muscle soreness, and decreases injury risk.
