FSE Semi-Private Class

FSE Group Class
Physio-ledMaximum 12 clients per session. Full-body workout using small apparatus for flexibility, strength, and enhanced body awareness with instructors able to tailor to individual needs within group setting.
Private FSE Session
Physio-led1-on-1 sessions ideal for beginners and those seeking maximum attention and movement correction. Scheduled with practitioner after initial assessment.
Duo FSE Session
Physio-led2-on-1 private sessions with partner, friend, or child. Arranged via front desk.
