Designed for any age group, particularly helpful for mature clients starting out or clients working back from recovery. Focus on stretch, balance, reflexes, and strength.
No advanced poses included, all levels welcome and modified accordingly. Incorporates appropriate challenge for beginners.
Larger focus on opening poses and mobility while still challenging with load and resistance. All group classes are redeemable on Group Class packs or memberships.
Prenatal classes open level for all mums and bumps cleared for exercise. Postnatal sessions private only from 6-12 weeks postbirth with medical clearance. Newborns welcome; coordination with medical professionals encouraged.
One-on-one sessions designed for clients wanting in-depth personal approach, recovery from injury, or specific targets. Bookable via email only.
Accommodate 2 or 3 people at privately designated time, tailored to group level and individual goals. Bookable by contacting studio to prearrange time.
Bookable for groups of up to 7 clients including courses (5 or 10 sessions) or private events like birthdays or team building. Contact studio to prearrange.
Casual drop-ins, class packs and memberships — plus the cancellation policy.
Memberships can be paused or cancelled with one week's notice. Credits must be used within the week issued or they expire (no rollover).
