Semi-Private Pilates
Whole-body exercise designed to improve daily activities and vitality, and balance all body muscles. Includes warmup, dynamic exercises for strength and joint stabilisation, and cool down with final alignment. Low to medium impact class.
Semi-Private Stretch
Improve flexibility and address imbalances that may cause pain, soreness, tightness, and stress. Includes nervous system preparation, breathing, myofascial release, isolated stretching, and mobility work.
Breathwork
Relieve suffering from postural imbalances, digestion issues and poor sleep related to unhealthy breathing. Focus on proprioception and correct breathing techniques with mild exercises.
Meditation
Get a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both emotional well-being and overall health.
