BFORTY SWEAT
High-energy reformer pilates blending strength, stamina and control with fitness-inspired movements. Full-body workout strengthening core, elevating heart rate and targeting major muscle groups. Not recommended for those new to reformer pilates, recovering from injury or pregnant.
BFORTY TONE
Pilates-based strength at a chill pace. Combines traditional pilates with functional training using standing movements on reformer, free weights and pilates ball to lengthen, tone and increase balance and stability.
