Base Body
Dynamic flowing reformer class focused on functional movements designed to create length and strength and get your heart rate up. Provides layers of progressions and regressions within each class so you can choose the option that feels good to you. The ultimate full body workout suitable for all fitness levels.
Beginner Base
Slower paced reformer class for beginners, prenatal or postnatal, people returning to exercise or those wanting a slower workout. Covers the basics while still working the whole body. You will leave feeling energised and challenged.
Base Power
Power-packed reformer class combining heavier springs, weights, and dynamic movements. Takes an evidence-based approach to strength training with controlled, targeted movements using heavier springs and lower reps. Combines intensity with core Pilates principles. Requires at least 6 Base Body classes as prerequisite.
Stretchy Base
Slower paced reformer class focusing on stretchy flows. You move slowly through the class spending more time in each stretch. Provides more relaxation than an intense workout and is a beautiful way to end your day and bring more mindfulness into your week.
Base Jump
Fast paced, challenging and fun reformer class combining the signature Base Body class with the jump board. Low impact, high intensity cardio fix with the benefit of using the reformer. Safe for your joints while being a full body workout.
Base Contrology
Advanced reformer class focusing on original Contrology techniques taught by Joseph Pilates and Classical methods by his successors. Full body controlled style focused on form. Not a flow style class—you stick with the same exercise sequence for one month. Requires at least 10 Base Body classes as prerequisite.
Reformer Yin
Slow flow yoga class moving through Hatha flow finishing with Yin practice to deeply relax the body and mind. Suitable for beginners to advanced. Available at Kellyville studio only.
Mat Energy
Signature mat class with traditional Pilates exercises infused with contemporary edge. Dynamic flowing open level class focused on functional movements to create length and strength and get your heart rate up. Focus on alignment and form. Available at Kellyville studio only.
HIIP Mat
High Intensity Interval Training Pilates style class combining precision of Pilates with intensity of HIIT. Timer-based format with higher-intensity intervals broken up by flowing Pilates sequences, dynamic mat work, core-focused intervals and bursts of cardio. Perfect for anyone looking to level up their Pilates practice. Available at Kellyville studio only.
Mat Align
Slow, intentional mat class rooted in classical Pilates principles with modern twist. Designed to ignite deep stabilising muscles with strong focus on alignment and precision. You move with purpose guided by breath and focus. Includes prop support to challenge stability and control. Available at Kellyville studio only.
Hatha Yoga
Yoga class focusing on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Steady and thoughtful approach moving through classic Hatha postures held for several breaths. Includes standing poses to build strength, seated stretches to release tension, and deep relaxation. Perfect for all levels.
