Mat Pilates

Beginner· 30–45 min

A perfect place for beginners to start. Develops a strong mind-to-body connection, leading to increased core strength, flexibility, better posture and overall body strength. Offered as private or group sessions.

Reformer Pilates

All levels· 30–45 min

Performed on a Reformer Bed using a pulley system to increase resistance in movements. Achieves a full-body, low-impact workout with adjustable resistance suited to all levels. Increases strength, balance, flexibility and overall muscle tone. Offered as private or group sessions.
