Refine & Align (slow paced)

A slow paced yoga class that combines static postures with a focus on developing correct alignment. Hatha yoga taught in a workshop setting with additional time for adjustments and refinement, plus traditional pranayama breathing practices.

Relaxation (Floor Based)

A relaxing and meditative form of floor-based yoga. Poses are held for longer periods to work on connective tissues. Yin classes incorporate mindfulness into postures and conclude with a mindfulness-based meditation practice.

Pregnancy Yoga
