Full body training with targeted focus on one muscle group per class: core, legs/butt, or arms/back. Classes promote burn, shake and muscle growth. Rotation: Mon–Glutes, Tue–Core, Wed–Arms/Back, Thu–Legs, Fri–Glutes, Sat–Core, Sun–Arms/Back.
1:1 private training sessions available by appointment only for those who prefer individual instruction.
