A restorative reformer class featuring all favourite Pilates stretches, designed to release tension and create space through the whole body. Suitable for anyone and everyone wanting to slow down the mind and untangle the body.
Sweaty Moves
A circuit-based cardio reformer class designed to get your fix of endorphins. Get your heart rate up, build stamina, and walk out feeling like an absolute legend. Designed for clients confident moving on the reformer and looking for a cardio-focused challenge.
Classic Moves
A super advanced, workshop-style class working in 12-week blocks. Focus on movements inspired by Joseph Pilates' Contrology classics, breaking them down, refining technique and building them up with intention. Designed for experienced clients or Pilates teachers looking to deepen their personal practice.
Baby Moves
A pre and post-natal focused class that you can bring your baby to. A chance to move your body in a supported environment while connecting with other parents. Dedicated space for parents and parents-to-be.
JNR Moves
