Reformer - Flow
Suitable for brand new clients and regulars alike. Focuses on fundamentals of reformer pilates with optional advancements, providing a total body workout without exhaustion. Low impact class suitable for pre and post-natal clients with medical clearance.
Reformer - Active
For clients comfortable in Reformer Flow and ready to progress. Offers advanced variations blending low-impact movements with possible jump board and cardio. Expect dynamic sequences, balance challenges, and occasional jumpboard for added power.
Reformer - Strength
Build power, tone muscles, and increase strength and bone density through resistance training. Slower pace with increased resistance focusing on muscle groups at 70-80% max potential. Includes new weights ranging 1.85kg to 8kg dumbbells. Suitable for prenatal clients with medical clearance.
