Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Reformer Pilates Classes
Building strength, improving flexibility and boosting overall fitness with exercises tailored to your needs and level. Suitable for all ages and abilities with a gentle supported approach that builds strength while keeping injuries at bay.
Small Group Classes
Max 4 people per class. Big enough for energy, small enough for personal attention with a dedicated instructor keeping an eye on form, function and fun. Tailored support, targeted adjustments and the right amount of challenge without getting lost in the crowd.
Seniors Classes
Designed at a slower pace with focus on weight bearing exercises, joint health, posture and balance to help you stay mobile, strong and upright. The most social class in the studio with plenty of chatter and laughter, perfect for those who love a gentler approach with plenty of personal attention.
Private Sessions
One-on-one or one-on-two sessions giving individualised attention and expert guidance. Perfect for those needing technique support, rehab-focused movement, or personalised programming.
