Clinical Pilates

Physiotherapists work 3-on-1 with clients to prescribe, monitor and progress each exercise in-line with individual client goals and symptoms. Described as the most intimate and personalised pilates in Lilydale, filled with laughter, learning and progress.

Falls & Balance (FAB)

Free community class held 10:30am Wednesdays in Melba Park Lilydale. Over 100 people attended in the first year. Awarded Community Service recognition from Yarra Ranges Council.

Specialised Arthritis Classes

Classes designed for non-surgical solutions to hip and knee arthritis, started in 2022.
