Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Initial Assessment
one-on-oneAn in-depth postural and movement assessment allowing the instructor to learn about the client's body and needs. The information is then used to create an individual program. Must be done prior to commencement of any studio session.
Private Session
one-on-oneIdeal for people beginning pilates, those with specific goals or for carefully guided rehabilitation. These sessions familiarise the client with basic Pilates principles and exercises on both the apparatus and the mat.
Small Group Classes (Duo)
2 people per classClasses consist of a mixture of apparatus and matwork. Each session is designed to suit the specific needs and goals of each client. Programs are modified to suit the mind and body on any given day. With only 2 or 3 clients per session, a large and varied repertoire can be explored under the careful guidance of the teacher.
Friends Classes
For people wanting to do Pilates together or share the same time slot, a session may be created to suit. Please contact Rebecca to discuss the options.
