Includes an initial assessment plus 3 private studio classes. Sessions familiarise clients with basic Pilates principles and exercises on both apparatus and mat. Great option for those new to Pilates.
An in-depth postural and movement assessment allowing the teacher to learn about the client's body and needs. Information is used to create an individual program (must be done prior to commencing studio sessions).
