Slow paced, low impact class suitable for everyone no matter your age or fitness level. Instructors offer both progressions and regressions throughout the class offering a full body burn whilst improving strength, stability and coordination.
Stretch & Restore
Low impact and slow paced class perfect for days your body is feeling tight and sore. Focuses on gentle movements that help lengthen the body and improve flexibility, balance and stability with opportunity to stretch and restore your whole body.
