Reformer Flex
Complete full body workout on the reformer that tones, lengthens and strengthens your body. Fusion of dynamic and classical Pilates exercises incorporating a range of Pilates props. Open-level class with modifications offered for all fitness levels.
Reformer Flex (PF)
Physio-ledPregnancy-friendly version of Flex class specifically programmed around the needs of pregnant members. Omits exercises to avoid during pregnancy and adds exercises to help keep you strong and prepared for labour and beyond. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
Stretch & Lengthen
Slow-paced class dedicated to stretching and lengthening the body through Pilates exercises and stretches on the reformer. Helps improve flexibility and mobility, perfect for recovery if feeling tight or sore.
Mums, Bubs & Bumps
Tailored for new mums, mums-to-be, and mums with little ones. Specially programmed for pre and post-natal women at a gentle pace to improve strength and mobility. Children of all ages welcome to attend.
