Customised Movement Sessions
Individual or small group customised exercise and movement sessions using pilates reformers, spring walls, Wunda chairs and functional fitness equipment. Focus on posture alignment, strength, fitness, flexibility and mobility, with proper assessment for those returning after injury, illness or pregnancy.
Nutrition and Lifestyle Program
Individual plan or 12-week customised program combining pilates, exercises, stretching, mindfulness meditation and kinesiology balances with nutrition guidance and lifestyle strategies.
Kinesiology Sessions
Customised kinesiology sessions available face-to-face or on Zoom for adults and children, addressing emotional, physical and environmental stressors including stress, anxiety, fatigue and pain.
Workshops and Education
Mind, body and soul wellbeing workshops covering movement, postural alignment, injury recovery, nutrition and lifestyle for groups, schools and community.
