Mums + bubs exercise classes
Physio-ledTailored for postnatal women from eight weeks postpartum, with focus on pelvic floor activation and restoring core strength. Bubs are welcome with bouncers, playmats and baby carriers provided. Can be incorporated into your workout or attended without your bub. Excellent stepping stone for those with further exercise goals like returning to running or weightlifting.
Pelvic pain exercise classes
Physio-ledGentle class catered to those experiencing pain from an overactive pelvic floor or other dysfunctions, focusing on pelvic floor muscle relaxation strategies through movement, matwork, reformer pilates and breathing techniques. Ideal for conditions including pelvic pain, chronic lower back pain, sciatica, SIJ dysfunction, vaginismus, vulvodynia, endometriosis, IBS and more. Designed to give you more energy while helping you manage symptoms.
Oncology strength + rehab classes
Physio-ledLed by oncology-trained physiotherapists, these classes are tailored and closely monitored to help you maintain strength, manage side effects and feel more in control of your body throughout treatment and recovery. Small group classes of up to four with careful monitoring of vitals (heart rate and oxygen levels) and strict hygiene protocols. Focus on balance, strength, aerobic capacity and mindfulness.
