Pregnancy & Postnatal Classes
Physio-ledAll pregnancy exercises performed on reformer bed using light weights, balls and bands with focus on deep abdominals and pelvic floor connection. Postnatal classes include different exercises and positions, with some allowing you to bring non-mobile newborns. Exercises can be modified for specific injuries or conditions.
Mothers Groups
Physio-ledA 4-week postpartum course for recovery following childbirth designed to improve abdominal and pelvic floor strength. Minimum 5 participants required. Can arrange suitable times and bring newborn babies from 6 weeks postnatally.
Private Sessions
Physio-ledIndividualised program with a Physiotherapist for those new to pilates or with specific injuries/conditions. Home visits can also be arranged for early postnatally recovery.
