Initial Clinical Pilates Session

Initial assessment session required prior to attending group classes. Covers neutral spine, imprint, diaphragmatic breathing, core activation and movement using equipment. Includes orientation to equipment as needed. Required before progressing to group classes.

Individual Sessions

Physio-led
All levels· 45 min

One-on-one sessions with physiotherapist. Usually 4-8 individual sessions required after initial assessment before commencing group classes. Physio determines progression and modifies exercises as needed.

Group Clinical Pilates Class

Physio-led
Intermediate· 45 min

Small group classes (1:3 ratio) offered on demand and not bookable online. Booked by physiotherapist to meet individual needs. Offers supportive community atmosphere with variety in exercises and progressive challenge.
