Cycle
High-intensity classes in immersive mood-lit studio spaces. Options include Total Cycle (45-minute endurance ride), Total Cycle HIIT (30-minute high-intensity), Club Cycle (party atmosphere), and Club Cycle Pro (dynamic movements).
Functional Fitness
Variety of functional class options including Afterburn Fit, Functional MetCon, Total Strength, Afterburn Strong, and Boxing Circuit. Classes combine cardio, HIIT, weighted compound movements, and strength drills.
Fusion Pilates
Fusion classes mix cardio and strength training combining yoga, Pilates, with both heated and non-heated options. Includes Hot Pilates Sculpt, Abs Buns & Guns, Matwork Pilates, Hot Yoga Sculpt, and Barefoot Bootcamp.
Run Club
50/50 floor to treadmill class combining bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with strength training, alternating between running and lifting to maximise calorie burn and increase lean muscle mass. Available at select locations only.
