Transformative 40-minute Reformer Pilates workouts designed by Physiotherapists with scientifically-sequenced exercises to increase strength, muscle tone, posture and overall fitness. SPTVs provide visual demonstration with audio voiceover coaching. An instructor is always present to ensure safe, effective form and tailor exercises with spring resistance modifications for beginners, intermediate or advanced clients.

Orientation Workout

Compulsory first class for new clients to familiarize themselves with the reformer before starting regular workouts.

Early Morning Classes
