Reformer Workout
Transformative 40-minute Reformer Pilates workouts designed by Physiotherapists with scientifically-sequenced exercises to increase strength, muscle tone, posture and overall fitness. SPTVs provide visual demonstration with audio voiceover coaching. An instructor is always present to ensure safe, effective form and tailor exercises with spring resistance modifications for beginners, intermediate or advanced clients.
Orientation Workout
NewCompulsory first class for new clients to familiarize themselves with the reformer before starting regular workouts.
Early Morning Classes
Reformer Pilates classes available early mornings for busy schedules.
Lunch-time Classes
Mid-day Reformer Pilates workouts to break up the work day.
Evening Classes
Evening Reformer Pilates sessions running through to late evening.
Stretch & Mobility Classes
