Physio-ledLow-impact flexibility, muscular strength and balance training using Pilates equipment (reformer, trapeze, ball) or mat work. Individualised programs specific to functional goals and musculoskeletal concerns. Supervised by physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to improve motor control, coordination, breathing, endurance, strength, posture, movement patterns, body awareness and balance.
